Let's talk. For real.
No sales pitch. No endless intake forms. Tell us what's broken, what you've tried, and what you actually need — we'll take it from there.
Fill out the form and we'll get back to you within one business day. The more context you give us, the faster we can help.
We treat every conversation as confidential by default. You don’t have to protect yourself to be honest with us about what’s going wrong.
If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you. We’re not chasing volume — we work with a small number of clients we can actually help.
We don’t take every inquiry. We take the ones where we know we can move the needle — cannabis ops, professional services, complex eCommerce.
Questions we hear most often
We get a lot of the same questions before someone hits send. Here are honest answers. If yours isn’t here, just ask — we don’t gatekeep information.
It starts with a systems audit — we get into your stack, your workflows, and where the friction lives. From there we design an architecture, build it out, and stay through implementation until your team owns it. Scope and timeline vary by complexity, but most engagements run 8–16 weeks for the core build.
Occasionally — if the operational complexity is the right kind and the fit is clear, we’ll have a conversation. But our depth is in those three verticals. If you’re outside them, we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right team for the job.
30 minutes. You tell us what you’re dealing with, we ask questions, and we give you a real read on what we’d do — whether that involves us or not. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence if you don’t want one.
Engagements are scoped per project — we don’t do hourly retainers for build work. After the strategy call, if there’s a fit, we put together a clear proposal with a fixed price. No surprises, no scope creep padding.
We hear this a lot. Usually the difference is that we look at the whole system — not just the tool someone sold you — and we don’t leave until your team can run it without us. We’re not project-and-disappear. We’re build-and-handoff, and the handoff is part of the work.
Stop tolerating systems that cost you.
If your tech stack is slowing you down, costing your team hours, or putting your compliance at risk — that’s not a tech problem, it’s a business problem. And it’s one we know how to fix.
